Patricia Mayes was born in Fort Worth, TX and has spent most of her life there. After working for eight years in the banking industry in northeast Texas she moved to the Rio Grande Valley in 1986 and started a retail business in Harlingen and McAllen. In 1991 she bought property on South Padre Island and has been doing business ever since. She quickly became involved with the community by serving on the Board as president of the Chamber of Commerce. She presently serves on the Board of the Laguna Madre Humane Society. Brent has been surfing the Gulf waters off of South Padre Island since his teens, and has lived in the Rio GrandeValley for most of his life. He moved to McAllen as a child with his family in 1980. He then went on to attend TexasStateUniversity in San Marcos in 1989. After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography, he moved back to McAllen and has worked for Continental Airlines since his return. He has since built a home with his wife and dog on South Padre Island and joined the team at Lynne Tate Real Estate as a licensed realtor to help others find their dream home on the beach. Brent has a passion for surfing and the island. He will definitely bring that passion to your island property, whether you are buying or selling.
Peggy Robinson

Peggy began her career in the property management business in 1968 and then formed a property maintenance company operating in major Texas & Oklahoma cities. Moving to the Island in 1982 and after several years of retail ownership on South Padre and semi-retirement, Peggy again worked in property management and resort rentals and then began selling real estate in 1994. “People are the most enjoyable to work with when you find them exactly what they want, whether it’s the price they wanted or the property they were looking for.” Peggy also enjoys working with developers, offering input on what people really want in a condo and a price that is affordable. Traveling and cooking are a few of her favorite things to do.

Selina was born and raised in Brownsville,Texas and has lived in the Laguna Madre area most of her life. After graduating from St. Joseph Academy in Brownsville she earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree at the University of Houston in 1987. The following year Selina moved back to the valley and began her own business, a successful sales and service company targeting the water treatment industry in Texas and Mexico. After 17 years as CEO, Selina joined the Lynne Tate Real Estate team.
As a native of South Texas Selina speaks English and Spanish. She grew up in this rich culture where Texas meets Mexico and where the unique South Texas landscape meets the Gulf of Mexico. Her hobbies include fishing, golfing, birding, photography, cooking and traveling.

Bette purchased her first property on South Padre Island twenty five years ago and now calls this island home. She was raised in Missouri, attended University of Missouri, and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Education. She began her Real Estate career in Phoenix, but not liking the dry climate of Arizona, moved to South Padre Island four years ago and joined the Lynne Tate team. Bette is outgoing and enjoys meeting new people which make her perfect for the job of Realtor. “I have made many new friends through my job and love finding that perfect property for my clients.” She is knowledgeable, dependable, and goes the extra mile for clients and customers alike.
Judi Allen

From selling Mediterranean estates to cozy condos, Judi Allen has over 25 years of real estate experience and has sold real estate in Colorado, Kansas and Texas.
Judi discovered, " The Best beach in Texas," known as South Padre Island, in the early 80's. She fell in love with the beaches, warm blue water, and life in Paradise. She relocated to the island in 1997 and pursued her real estate career.
Her clientele ranges from - but is not limited to - working with first time home buyers, corporate transferees, resort investors and families looking for vacation property. As a real estate entrepreneur herself, Judi's extensive experience in both residential and investment real estate makes her an invaluable asset to her clients and customers.
Judi is very active in her community: she presently serves on the Board of Laguna Madre Humane Society and actively supports Sea Turtle Inc. She loves everything about life on the coast -including building sand castles.
Linda Zuniga

Linda obtained her Texas Real Estate License in 1983 and immediately was involved in real estate sales for the next several years. Then it was time to utilize her specialized real estate office administrative skills. Understanding the behind-the-scenes activity of the real estate office, Linda was able to help others to be more productive and the real estate office to function more efficiently.
Linda now brings these many years of experience and knowledge to Lynne Tate Real Estate. As a member of the Texas Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors, Linda carries the designation of REALTOR®. She is also a member of the South Padre Island Board of Realtors and when asked to serve as a Committee Chairperson working on changes to the MLS System (Navica), she was happy to take on this responsibility.
Linda continues her education by taking various real estate courses. She recently completed the TAHS (Texas Affordable Housing Specialist) course and is currently working toward the designation of e-PRO.
